At STE Corp. we are there for you when you need us most. We provide a wide range of tax, accounting and technical software expertise including Quick Books® set up and support. Our support services range from basic company file set up, through individual training, to "STE on Demand" remote log in to your computer. All offered at very competitive rates.
Have you ever wished that you could get immediate help to resolve an issue on your computer as you watch and learn? Would you like to have a training session this way? No problem.
Logging into your computer will be done over a secure connection. You will always be asked to give us permission to log in and the connection has to be initiated from your computer.
Remote Log In Rates - off season rates (April 30 - Dec 15):
1) "STE Prescheduled Session" - must be set in schedule as an appointment, we will call at the time of session for permission to log in.
a. First 15 minutes, $39.00*
b. Each additional 10 minutes, $18.00*
2) "STE On Demand" - when help is needed immediately, we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
a. First 15 minutes, $49.00*
b. Each additional 10 minutes, $25.00*
*Please note that between Dec15 through April 30 above charges will be increased by 15%.
