Due to the current Covid-19 health crisis the staff at our Park Ridge office will be working remotely until further notice. To our valued clients:
With the COVID-19, or coronavirus, dominating the news, we are implementing the following short-term changes in order to ensure the safety of our clients, visitors, staff and their families and to defend against the spread of the virus.
- The Center for Disease Control has suggested steps to prevent illness. Among the suggestions is to avoid close contact, handshakes, etc. We enjoy meeting personally with our clients and want to continue to meet with you on a regular basis after the public health crisis. However, during this time for your safety and ours, we request that we interact via the phone, email or fax as much as possible.
- We strongly suggest you use one of our electronic options to provide any materials to us. When possible, we ask that you scan and send documents vs. dropping them off in person. Documents can be emailed directly to the accountant you usually work with or to info@stecorporation.com . Also, if you prefer, you can easily upload the documents directly to our secure portal. Click here to send documents securely through our portal. Instructions on how to upload documents are included at the bottom of this message.
- If electronic delivery is not an option for you, all of our offices have mail slots in or next to the front door to drop your documents off. If you are dropping off after hours, please place your documents in an envelope or Ziploc bag. We will call you and confirm we received them the following business day.
- If you do come to one of our offices, we will still warmly welcome you, but will avoid shaking your hand and keep a comfortable distance. In addition, we are encouraging our employees to wash hands regularly and after any social contact. We are also increasing sanitation of our office surfaces. Please understand that these steps are being done to protect both you and us.
- If circumstances should warrant the temporary closure of any office, we will do our best to post this information on our website and social channels as soon as possible.

Scroll to the bottom and select “Send us a File”
Click on the “Send Us a File” button.
A box will pop up.
Enter your name, your email address and select your accountant name in the Firm Member box.
Click “Choose File” to select the file(s) you want to send.
Once you click the blue “Send to Selected Firm Member” button, the file will be uploaded to a secure server.
